About Joseph Stephens

Joseph Stephens is the Director of Resilience at Ireland’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), overseeing Strategic Threat Assessment, Partner Engagement, Capacity Development, Critical Infrastructure Cyber Compliance, Cybersecurity Certification, and Programme Management. He previously served as Head of Engagement and Cyber Security Specialist at the NCSC and was a Technical Exploitation Operations manager with the Army Ranger Wing. Joseph represents Ireland on EU and international cybersecurity forums and sits on the boards of the ECCC and Cyber Ireland. He is a Fulbright Cybersecurity Scholar, guest lecturer, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and MSc in Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigation graduate
